Free GE Reveal Light Bulbs at Target Just pay tax

 I will do some Target deals once in a while if I see a good one. I don't shop there often because I don't live close enough.  Remember when people say free you might still have to pay the tax unless there is overage. I will always put tax on the final price. I know some people forget about the tax and think they will pay nothing. I want to make sure you all remember it.
